Bacterius™ MUCK is the premier Muck and sludge treatment for shoreline muck at the cottage, marina or beach where deep muck is a problem. Concentrated bacterial pellets for treating shoreline muck and sludge caused by undigested organic matter, and organic sediments. Bacterius™ MUCK is easy to apply and heavy enough to sink into the sediment where they are needed most. Bacterius™ MUCK consist of pellets made of concentrated natural bacteria. Simply toss on the water, over sediment rich areas. It will begin to work by consuming the rich and sometimes deep sludge found in lakes and ponds. Bacterius™ MUCK stays as the culture sets up and works on site, in full contact with the sediment.
Once in contact with the sediment, the sludge-eating bacteria are slowly released as the pellets dissolve. Bacterius™ MUCK also reduces sulfides and bad odours generated by the muck. Bacterius™ MUCK works well in combination with lake bottom aeration systems from Deice Air. No more smelly dog at the cottage!

Monthly Dosage
Toss the recommended dosage of pellets evenly over the water surface. Apply on a calm day to reduce product
drift. Double the dosage for shock treatment. Dosage varies depending on the fish and plant density, and the
amount of organic matter. Active in fresh and salt water. Water temperature should be 10°C/50 F or more. Aeration
enhances the product performance.
