We have numerous offerings when it comes to POND AERATION. But when it comes to the greatest value, for an aeration system based on efficiency and efficacy the Canadian Air Systems are our go-to products. Bubble Tubing ® is the key component and the reason our system’s have the ability to deliver the highest Standard Oxygen Transfer Rate (SOTR) and Standard Oxygen Transfer Efficiency (SOTE) on the market. Biological Oxygen Demand or BOD/BOD5 which is is the amount of dissolved oxygen needed (i.e. demanded) by aerobic biological organisms to break down organic material present in a given amount of water. The higher the demand, the greater the likelihood for algae blooms, fish kill, muck, mud, undigested leaf litter and debris, as well as excess turbidity and other issues associated with that organic load.
